About this site
This website gives licensed dispensaries information about Bakery and access to the partner portal. It doesn't offer any product for sale, and no menus or prices are shown here.
Who may use the partner portal
Staff of approved dispensaries operating under a valid SAHPRA licence or private-club registration, who are 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Partner agreement
Commission, settlement, service levels and compliance obligations are set out in each dispensary's partner agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Apps
Bakery apps are downloaded from this site. The patient app is for verified adults 18+ only and has its own terms.
Liability
The site is provided as is. Nothing here limits rights you have under South African law.
